Position Introduction

1. Education and Major: College degree or above, majoring in Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Oilfield Chemistry, Petroleum Engineering, Fine Chemicals, etc.

2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in oilfield additives / fine chemical process technology; candidates with production or on-site technical service experience in drilling fluids, fracturing fluids, corrosion inhibitors, etc. are preferred.

3. Professional Skills: 1. Proficient in the principles and production processes of chemical synthesis and compounding, familiar with the operation and maintenance of equipment such as reaction vessels, distillation, filtration, and drying. 2. Master basic raw material/product detection methods and instrument usage. 3. Able to independently prepare process documents, test plans, technical reports, and possess the ability to analyze data and troubleshoot problems. 4. Familiar with ISO, API, and chemical safety and environmental protection regulations, and possess the ability to identify and handle process risks. 5. Proficient in using Office, CAD, and chemical simulation / data processing software.

4. Comprehensive Qualities: 1. Work with meticulousness and strong sense of responsibility, possessing good execution ability and problem-solving skills. 2. Good at communication and coordination, strong sense of teamwork, and able to cooperate with production and quality inspection departments to complete tasks. 3.
