A survey of the domestic pesticide intermediate industry shows that the industry's profit growth rate has remained stable at over 15% in the past three years, with the profit margin remaining at around 13%. The industry is facing two positive factors in the future. Firstly, in the next three years, patents for pesticides will expire, and multinational pesticide giants will accelerate the transfer of non-core businesses such as intermediates to reduce capital expenditures and maintain their competitiveness in research and development and other fields. Secondly, under environmental pressure, the exit of domestic small and medium-sized production capacity will help improve the industry's concentration. Therefore, the intermediate industry is expected to maintain a good development momentum.

The development prospects of the industry are promising, and the leading enterprises deserve more attention. Taking Lianhua Technology as an example, its pesticide intermediate business accounts for approximately  in the domestic market. Its customers include DuPont and Syngenta, etc., and it is a very promising enterprise.
